Dojo Reopening

Dear Odayaka Students and Families,

Beginning Tuesday, June 9, 2020 the dojo will reopen in a limited and cautious way. Safety is our highest priority.

To start with, the dojo will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. There will be two 45-minute sessions on each day, one starting at 7 pm and one starting at 8 pm. In order to maintain proper distancing between participants, classes will be limited to a specific number of students each session. Students should only come for class if they have talked to a black belt who has verified that they have a slot.

Face coverings will be required and students must come to class in their gi or whatever they will be wearing for training. The changing rooms are closed.

At least for the early sessions, a COVID-19 screening will be done including a non-contact temperature check and a set of questions.

Given the restrictions, if you are interested in attending and have not talked to anyone about reserving your space at one of the classes, please send an email to or call the dojo at (440) 285-5699 and leave a message stating your name and which day and time fits your schedule. We will get back to you ASAP.
