Tai chi is a gentle exercise that is suitable for both men and women, students of almost any age or physical level and does not require any martial arts knowledge. Gain benefits of better health, mental clarity and calmness of spirit through the moving meditation of the ancient Chinese art of tai chi.
Classes are on-going, not divided into sessions. Begin at any time and come for six classes, as you can make it. Wear loose-fitting clothing for ease of movement.
